"Clean room and comfortable bed"

"I posted a review about this hotel on Google to my 10 million viewers and advised people not to stay here. There are photos and videos included in the review. There is mold, dust, rust, cobwebs, lumpy / squeaky beds, and so much more that I don't have enough characters to describe it all. I wish I could get a full refund. "

"We booked a room, one of our party members booked another room to access early while being assured cancelling would be no problem. When we arrived cancelling was a problem and we ended up with two rooms. "

"Pool was so disgusting… even the kids wouldn’t get in to swim. There was a dirty pooped diaper left laying and the whole room smelled like it. The pool was extremely dirty. No shampoo or conditioner in the room which wasn’t a big deal. We stayed here during a basketball tournament so the kids could swim and we were really disappointed. "

"We arrived after along day of travel and no hot water in the building. They had a company piping in hot water the following day upon check out. Very disappointed. Thin blankets. Room was outside entrance, 4 th floor facing intersection. Noisy cars and when stopped at stoplight exhaust from cars came into room. Breakfast was good. Older but clean. Beds were satisfactory however TV was cheap, channel selection poor and poor quality TV. Would not stay again. Moved our stay to holiday in...

"I thought it was a great stay until after I left they tried to charge my card 3different times, 3 different prices until the final one went through. accused me of smoking in the room. I said smelling like smoke after smoking in the car and then going to the room to sleep is not the same as smoking in the room and we passed the lobby every time to prove going outside. They Didn’t put those charges on the receipt they emailed me. I’ve called twice with promises of being reached back out to by...

"Great Place to stay "

"Great place to stay, we went to our auntie‘s 87th birthday party and we stayed here and it was clean other than some Uno cards that I found under the couch. Other than that everything was very nice and the restaurant was to die for the food was great. I will recommend this place. "

"Staff was friendly, lobby was clean and nice, room was older but okay, The bathtub was a nightmare! Constant running water, a painted surface that had been painted and came off! The black may be mold, it doesn't come off, white chemicals from the constant dripping of the water. Heater worked, very old. Free breakfast was sparse. Good make your own waffle. Coffee was luke warm. No microwave, there was one in your room but no coffee maker. Overall, not horrible except the tub"
