Excellent accommodations and a great location! Communication with the host was outstanding. The hotel also offers a very convenient taxi service, which was incredibly helpful during my mom’s stay. The driver picked her up and dropped her off at the airport and took her to several appointments. She was easy to contact, flexible with scheduling, and accepted US dollars, which made everything much easier. The room was comfortable and equipped with a refrigerator and electric kettle. Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent service. Highly recommend!

The hotel was great very clean and great location too. Would definitely recommend and reconsider to be a returning customer. I only had trouble with communication as the front desk people who were there at the time did not speak English.

I loved the place. Clean, good air quality (!), safe, convenient (kitchen, washing machine, iron, grocery stores in the building), QUIET, walkable distance to the US embassy and the city park with a river walk. The National Museum of Kazakstan is relatively close. We spent there 4 nights. The only minor issues were the absence of the easily accessible playground and busy elevators. But overall, I highly recommend the place. This is a VERY GOOD DEAL.

The apartment was clean, modern, had in room laundry and very quiet. It served our needs perfectly. We had a family event in Astana and this was close by, so ideal. Check in leaves some room for improvement. We found no visual reference to the hotel name on the outside of the building, which was a little confusing at 2:30am. You need to take one elevator, past a security door to floor 6 then locate the desk. Pay a modest security deposit then take a second elevator to the floor. There are handy C-stores in the building and coffee shops right there for a quick breakfast. So one you are checked in it was plain sailing.
