"This property is beyond gorgeous. Views are phenomenal (talk about sunrise and sunset views). The staff were always welcoming and polite, and especially patient as we traveled with small children and grandparents who needed some mobility support. I hope they are able to modify the parking arrangements, as the hotel is on the side of the mountain, where parking requires you to get close to the edges (not for the faint hearted). "The only positive thing about our stay was the friendly staff member who greeted us at the reception. Aside from that, everything else was disappointing. The rooms are extremely small—when staying as three people, there’s barely any space left even to put your suitcases. The bathroom is very dim, and the glass door offers no privacy. The shower is tiny and narrow, and it takes about 15 minutes for the hot water to come on. The showerheads are old and in poor condition. Not even a single bottle...
