Fabulous French-style dinner and hearty breakfast, served with care by most professional staff. I will definitely come back for more at Micuras: this won’t be the last! No doubt this is the best place to stay in Atami: enjoying first-class French dining then going back to your room upstairs…I am now totally hooked to this style of vacations! It is on the pricy side but I believe it is well worth it. Love the hotel!

Nice waterfront hotel. From train station, 15 min walk downhill. Lots of restaurants around but many closed early. Good onsen with separate gender and with sea view. Bus stop in front. Good dinner and breakfast. Only negative is the checkout time at 10.

Awesome onsen hotel in the center of Atami

This is one of the top line hotels you can get in Atami. The staff is very professional and friendly, and the check in/out processes were smooth. The location is fantastic; a few mins walk to the city center, 10mins walk to JR station, and 10mins to Kiunkaku, which is the must visit in Atami in my personal opinion. The building is a bit aged but very well maintained. They have a big public onsen bath which I highly recommend to try. If you get there early in the morning, you can enjoy the sunrise in the outdoor bath. Overall great experience, and I would definitely return.

The hotel is terrific in all ways, including the spa and the hot springs/bath area. The rooms are well designed to enjoy views of the sea. The area immediately surrounding is lovely and right on the ocean, but there is next to no dining available after 7pm. Lunchtime is fine. The hotel offers a wonderful Japanese kaiseki for dinner, but we didn't think we would be hungry enough to enjoy it and opted to find something light outside. We could have taxied back to the station area, but were too tired (8:30pm). First-world problems, I know, but I would have appreciated this insight before declining the hotel dinner.

Property is closing down soon so they are keeping the place at the minimum condition I think. Breakfast was extremely unsatisfactory: scramble egg was just like liquid, you will need a spoon to eat ( more like “drink”). Boiled eggs were hard boiled, egg stand was just a decoration. They didn’t even ask how I wanted it. I had stayed at this place numerous time in the past: I wish they could provide their best till the last operating day.

最高でした！

眺めが絶景で、特に温泉から眺める景色は最高でした。 私からは特に不満はございませんが、 部屋の中の匂いは外国人からすると独特な匂いに感じる方もいるかと思います。(日本人からすると特に気にされないと思いますが、連れの外国人にはかなり独特な匂いがするようです。) 海外の方が宿泊される際には、何か対策されるといいかもしれません。

酒店很新，員工非常有禮，房間很大，乾濕分離，能直接看到熱海的海灘和海景。晚餐是法式料理，份量不多，但很美味。早餐有幾款可以選擇，份量很大。另前台有幫我們預約回程的士前往熱海車站，服務一百分。但建議如果手持大型行李，來回可以選擇搭巴士或的士，會比步行更舒適，因為路途比較斜。整體真的很滿意。

部屋から海が見える

こちらには三度目の宿泊です。二回は食事付きにしましたが今回は食事無しを予約しました。海の見える部屋がとても広く快適で温泉もとても気持ち良いです。

オーシャンビューのお部屋も、温泉も、ホテルの方の対応もとてもよく、また宿泊したいと思います✨ ホテルの周りの飲食店がどこも閉まっていたのが残念でした。でもその分、ホテルでゆっくり過ごさせて頂きました。

ホテルが悪いのではないと思いますが

予約時に朝食つきと思わせる表示がありそのつもりで宿泊したのに食事がついていませんでした。また、海が見えることが売りの宿泊施設なのに山側の部屋になってしまい、それが予約時にはどこにも記載されていませんでした。宿泊プランの表現方法に問題はないか、確認いただいたほうが今後の満足度向上につながると思います。

海の目の前で、大浴場に併設されたリラクゼーションスペースからも海。最高でした。部屋もコンパクトでシンプルだけどオシャレで、ソファもあって快適でした。また利用したいです。

露天風呂の眺めが最高です。

大浴場が気になり宿泊しました。大浴場の眺めは海が一望でき、温泉の温度も丁度良く、非常に心地よくリラックス出来ました。 スタッフの方も感じが良く丁寧です。朝食も美味しく、コーヒーがとても良い味でした。また熱海に来たら利用したいホテルです。

海側の客室はオーシャンビューが素晴らしいです。海水浴場も目の前なので水着を着てそのまま遊びに行くことができます。駐車場は一本裏道に入った少しわかりにくい位置にありますが、電話で問い合わせたところスタッフさんの対応がわかりやすく迷わず到着することができました。

スタッフの方々がとても丁寧で親切でした。 オーシャンビューの部屋は海が目の前で最高です、すぐビーチに行けましたし、部屋でもリラックスできました。 お部屋は清潔で、設備も十分です。 お風呂も良かったですが、露天風呂は外から丸見えだったので、入るのはやめてみました。 スパは他のエステティシャンの方もわざわざ来るところとのことで、とても良かったです。 駅まで歩けますが、ホテルからはかなりの上り坂です。

熱海最高のリゾートです

大雨の中思い切った熱海の一人旅でしたが、オーシャンビューのお部屋で心からリラックスできました。お風呂も最高でした。（露天風呂）朝食も非常に美しいプレゼンテーションで、とても美味しかった。またリピートします！
