Staff was friendly. Check in instruction was clear. Nadia was friendly and provided everything I needed to check in. Christine called me to remind me of the check out time even I made a mistake that I was supposed to check out one day later. She was very accommodating.

We were very please with this hostel especially for the price. It was everything we needed and very clean. I was also surprised that it was incredibly quiet on a Friday night. We were a family of 4 in a private room but my husband and I talked about how we would have loved to backpack through there in our youth! The location is in the heart of plaka- unbeatable! I also found it extremely kind of them to have free coffee and basic breakfast.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I needed an early breakfast and they helped me with this. Breakfast was excellent- there were plenty of options (olives, cheese, tomatoes, strawberries, oranges, apples, tea, juice, boiled eggs, cereal, bread, cake... I also loved the neighborhood very clean, quiet, and it felt totally safe. The property was also nice and clean and there was a lovely garden. I could have stayed longer at this location. The only negative for me was that the bed was quite firm, and the exit sign on the wall faced my bed directly and bother me a bit for sleeping.

Great location!

I needed a place for one night before boarding a cruise. Easy to find and near Hadrian’s Arch. I was in a private room. It was very spacious and clean with a sink, a mini fridge and a balcony! The bathroom down the hall had nice hot water, but not much water pressure and there was no door or curtain on the shower I used, so the floor got wet and was dirty. However, right after I was done with my shower the cleaning lady came to mop, so it’s not always like that. And the other shower had a door. My only complaint was that the bed was too hard for my old hips. Also, I didn’t get down to the lovely breakfast courtyard until almost the end of the time slot and there wasn’t much left. I still got a little cold meat & tomatoes, some yogurt & muesli and hot tea. Just what I needed. Would’ve been plenty to choose from if you go early. No lift, but the stairs were easy to navigate.

非常極大後悔選這家！一個女櫃台很無理兇我讓人感覺她很歧視亞洲顧客！ 我花兩夜的錢只是跟她要求第二條毛巾，因為我不喜歡重複使用很不衛生。她就跟我吵到不行，我毛巾髒了只好拿隔壁床沒人用的毛巾、她就把我當小偷看待！ The female receptionist was very rude to me. She was a very unfriendly and discriminating woman I have ever met in Europe! I spent two nights fees and just asked her for 2 towels, the tiny items which the hostel should offer the guests. But she not only refused me ruthlessly but also treated me like a THIEF! And took away the towel!

We loved our total experience. We arrived early and was able to contact someone right away. We later had the pleasure of communicating with April who was awesome!!! Friendly and helpful in every way throughout our state. Love our room it was very cute, quiet, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect and I would highly recommend it for someone who wants to be close to shopping yet have peace when they get back. Love the cute courtyard and the breakfast was perfect!!.

We have nothing to complain about the staff and cleaness, but our 2nd night was horrible. Someone was allowed to checked in around midnight and then talked on the phone loudly for a couple of hours. We couldn’t sleep at all.

The best! Bravo to the cleaning ladies!

I want to specially mention the 2 morning cleaning ladies who with their positive spirit, professionalism and carenesss made the mornings extra special. It truly felt like you have breakfast at mama's house. They are very helpful with any questions and always with a smile. Please, give them big Bravo! Overall, the hostel is super close to the center by foot to Syntagma or acropolis. The room had air conditioner, fresh bedsheets, towel, even a sink. Breakfast was good standard everything you need to make sandwich, coffee, fruits etc. Definitely will come back.

Disappointing but cheap

The check in was difficult and the responsiveness of the staff was poor. We waited for over an hour to have our room ready. The room was comfortable but basic. The toilet and shower facilities were less than adequate, and became dirty very quickly. The property was also being painted, so parts of it had a strong smell of paint. Breakfast was poor, but I guess you get what you pay for. The pictures did not reflect what you got. Would stay again, but very much lower my expectations.

i liked possibilty to seat in the small back yard for eatting and many other elementary thing are bad: first, it was not clear or mentioned that the room has a shared bathroon and toilet. so refering so i supposed its include inside. beside they haave no 24 hours deskman, the triple bedroom according out order was not avail and when we got one it has no cool aircond so we found a fan there, beside this the triple onn has no closet and the stairs to get up there where uncomfortable (many stairs going by cycle. the door in our roon did not closed or open easily, so we had to wake up each time each other. no phone to dial the deskman. refefinf the 3 star hotel arethusa wich had the allmost same price it was very poor and most bad deal. actually i use to sleep many times such this type of twin room and location and paid only around $15 per person for one night.
