The whole place was clean and tidy, beds comfortable. Rooms cleaned daily. Reception staff were fantastic, I had to re book my stay a few times as I had a relative in hospital. The reception staff were very supportive all the way through to ensure that I had limited stress whilst there. Would definitely stay again, there is a local garage to get groceries from, restaurants and bars are 20 minute walk away.

The only thing I didn’t like the bathroom is very Tini and the breakfast options are very minimum, it’s like a snake bar basically. Very clean hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Barbara was proactive with getting our stored luggages on our second checkin and arrangement for taxi to airport as well as our medicine storage. We highlu recommend the place for closed proximity to Athens and Glyfata.

Having been let down by the owners of the apartment we booked in Glyfada 24 hrs before travelling, this was not our first or usual choice, however the rooms were lovely and the staff wonderful. There was limited wardrobe space and we had to hang clothes in the bathroom and there was no bar if you fancied a drink after a long day but otherwise superb. There is a huge amount of development going on in Glyfada which affected the trams to get up to Syntagma, however we found a bus service and used a cab to get to the pick up point for the trams to both Syntagma and Pirieus.

I am very disappointed in this hotel. We were a group of 7 with 4 rooms that did not look anything like the pictures. Front desk staff was not very helpful at check in when we ask where we can get food and was told nothing is close by and to order from a food app. We then realise the next day the tram was 3 minutes walk and lots of food options in the central area which was 5 minutes via the tram. The breakfast was very poor no hot items and one morning we had to go on a tour and was leaving 7.40am but breakfast starts at 8am we asked if we could get something to go and was bluntly told no. The AC in one of the rooms stop working on the last night at the hotel and front desk said well open the window to get air nothing she could do. Also this was weird they did not want the toilet paper to be flush as it could not go down and wanted it to be place in the bin which I found was gross. Would not recommend anyone choosing this hotel it made our first tike in Greece not welcoming.

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and updated. I was able to get to the beach with a 5 minute walk. The restaurants and shops were about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The metro is right on the corner of the hotel. It was amazing just having to jump on the bus to get to downtown Athens. I would definitely go back to this hotel. Highly recommend for those travelers that like to enjoy the town and coastal areas of Athens.

The street runs right in front of the hotel, and the noise from the main road makes it absolutely impossible to sleep. I told the front desk, but they did nothing. They’ve installed something like a piece of paper instead of real glass — proper sound insulation could easily have been done, but they simply didn’t bother. They only care about taking your money. Extremely noisy place — do not book this hotel under any circumstances.
