A wonderful fancy & upscale hotel

A wonderful amazing upscale and fancy hotel for very cheap. Only $68 Canadian. I checked in around 3 am after booking online and the receptionist was quick to find my reservation and give me the keys. I was surprised how upscale, modern and fancy the room was. It’s definently a 4 star. Coming from super expensive Paris this was a real treat. I am a frequent traveller (travel all the time) so I know and appreciate upscale and fanciness.

We were not in pytagorion due to renovation they said. We were in cubik hotel was very clean and newly renovated.stuff very friendly. I recommend everybody to stay there.

Athens & The Ancient Ruins

We arrived in Athens following a ferry ride from Paros. A tram from Pireaus brought us to the nearest station (Omonia)to the Pythoragion Hotel . The man at the reception desk was extremely helpful, checking us in quickly and advising us of tourist routes, trams buses atc. Thr room itself was comfortable and nice, but lacked a couple of extra sockets beside one side of the beds. The bar was a nice quiet place to have a drink and I was impressed by the staffs attitude on the Saturday night trying to find a room for people who had no reservation. We had not pre-booked breakfast but used the hotels facility and have to say that for 8 euro it was generous in its arrays of coffees/teas/ juices/ hot and cold breakfast plates / fruits/yoghurt and bread anc cheese. I enjoyed being back in Athens after more that 30 years and it will not be as long again and I will be quite happy to dtay in this well appointed venue once more.

Comfortable / quiet and great location

The staff here is super friendly. Helped me organize my trip to the Greek islands and many food recs. Almost like a family hotel. Room was modern and the bed was great. Close enough to Plaka that you can walk there in 10-15 minutes. I did in the middle of the night no problem. Easy access to the airport and Piraeus via metro. I’m going back!

周辺は治安が悪いと覚悟していましたが、ホテルの前の通りでは全く感じませんでした。 （夜遅くと、裏通りはちょっと怖かったです） 地下鉄の方が日中でもよほど暗く怖く、切符の買い方も難しく（地元の人？親切に買い方教えてくれたと思ったらチップを要求される）一度乗ってみてこりごり。 ホテルからアクロポリス、シンタグマ、国立考古学博物館など所要10〜15分、余裕で歩ける距離だったので、いつも歩いていました。 部屋も広く、コンセント、Wi-Fiも十分。 フロントのスタッフはいつも誰でもとても親切でした。 おすすめしたいホテルです。
