Size

The location of the apartment was good as its near to amenities and the beach. The outside of the apartment was quite run down. The apartment was clean , modern but lacks the truthfulness of the size of the apartment on the Hotel website. It’s a small apartment, quite cramped to fit 6 people and the cost for the 7 days was a lot considering the size. Worse more no lifts and no one came to change the towels for the 7 days, despite this we were grateful that we were allowed to. He out 1and a half later from checkout time . For future please emphasis on the fact that the property is small and only able to fit 4 people and not more .

Wow, what a wonderful place to find and stay at. About twice the space at half the price that I was expecting, so a very good value and very good experience. I have found a place that was perfect for my stay in Greece and I look forward to staying again. A fully equipped apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom, living room with kitchen. I wanted a nice safe and clean place next to the beach with easy access to parking for my rental car along the road or back street (you can park very close during the evenings), a bus stop is very close, a bank with two 24 hour ATMs just on the right side, a good Greek restaurant "The President" on the left (order the "Mixed" plate if you cannot pick and want a huge tasty meal) and then a supermarket grocery store next to that on the left side. Very safe with key bolting door, powered metal shutters open and close the 3 balcones. Just up the stairs two floors and then right and then to the end of the hall. There is no on-site clothes cleaning machines but you can drive to a laundromat. The road that seperates the apartement from the beach is easy to cross for a responsible adult (but busy enought that younger children would need adult supervision to cross) and also is the coastal road leading south directly to great views, nice protected beaches (Paralia Lomvarda) or open beaches, and the beach and location of the Temple of Poseidon.

Very nice, newly renovated apartmemt in a calm and quiet area. Three beach alternatives across the street. Several food stores and cafés within a few minutes walk.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Varkiza Seaside Apartment - superb location right across the street from the sparkling Athens Riviera waterfront and just steps to all amenities. A quiet, clean, spacious, safe, and well-appointed space awaits you. I particularly commend the hosts for their excellent communication with me prior to my arrival - prompt and clear responses, videos of the entrance area and clear contactless check-in information. This is an excellent property!
