"As others have noted, this is an undeniably beautiful place. We stayed in two suites--an ocean view suite on night one, and the master suite on night two. The rooms were both very comfortable and well-appointed. The nearby beach, easily accessible by car, is beautiful, uncrowded, and served by a great little beachfront cafe (full bar, snacks, sandwiches, etc.). All of that is great and as advertised. (There was a minor glitch with the air-conditioning, but that was apparently a hotel-wide...

"This was a great little spot for my initial visit to Portugal. Centrally located, super clean, excellent customer service. I did not opt for the

option so I can’t speak to that, but I did appreciate how sweet the

area was, and all of the variety of options available to those who might choose them. Everyone with whom I came in contact was polite and respectful and helpful, impressively so. I would definitely visit again, however, I would ask for a room on the top floor...

, lunch and dinner all around. Shopping galore. Not far from highway as well as ocean. Parking can be challenging in the city, but manageable. Hotel staff is always wonderful. This was my second stay and will return, however, the hotel could use some updating, or minimally -necessary repair upkeep, but you can't beat the price for the location."
