"Needed a hotel close to the hospital where on of us got a broken arm set. The neighborhood is not very good but the hotel was new and outstanding and the staff were very accommodating. It was close to the metro too."

Kind of old furniture, but functional.
Maybe more towels for 3 guests would be nice (we got 2 face + 1 bath towels).
You can add buffet breakfast to your room, simple but enough, located at the rooftop with nice view."
