"The hotel is well located. The AC worked well. I had a minor hiccup that the door handle broke when I was in the bathroom, but they got me out quick and replaced the doorknob. The pillows could use an upgrade, but overall a pleasant stay"

"Es un lugar tranquilo, la atención del personal del hotel es excelente en todo momento que lo necesites te apoyan, queríamos una pizza pero no había repartidor y ellos fueron por ella. El desayuno es delicioso y buena proporción a comparación del que ofrecen en los restaurantes del centro de Cuetzalan. ..."
