"It was a really nice amenities. The breakfast was really good with lots of choices. The price of the hotel is so amazing. The downfall is they’re strict with early check-in while most of the hotels in Orlando were mostly considerate and no need of extra pay."

"When I first arrived and checked into our room, it wasn’t comfortable for me or my family. The showers were filthy, the master bathroom sinks had not been cleaned, there was a hole in one of the bedroom doors, and the washing machine had mildew inside. I immediately did not feel comfortable laying in the beds. I called guest services and explained the issues. They said they would send someone up to clean everything, but hours passed and by around 9:00 PM no one had come. I called guest services again and spoke to the same person, and instead of sending housekeeping, they moved us to another room. The second room was better and smelled like it had just been cleaned. However, the master bathroom shower still wasn’t in great condition, so we wore sandals while showering. Another thing I disliked was that the resort charges for almost everything. The water park is free, but attractions like the Flow Rider require an additional fee. If someone in your group loses a room key—charge. Early check-in—charge. Late check-out—charge. Extra towels—charge. Overall, the resort was okay outside of the room conditions, but based on my experience, I do not plan on coming back."

"The property is great, clean, spacious, great location I well recommended But the property should put a fine on costumers that make noise late at night and 5:30 in the morning already making bad noise I did not rest or sleep well while we were there I complain in front desk they call them and asked not to make noise they didn’t listen so a good reason to get penalise so people learn to obey the rules after 10:30 be silence so customers could rest nice in a such comfortable and clean beds"

"My daughter absolutely love this resort every time we go we always have a good staff even though this time the one staff that we had she wasn’t that great and I ended up having to get another staff that turned out to be perfect he help me with everything that I needed. I was grateful my daughter was happy at the end and that’s all that matter Rome always maintenance workers are always polite. We would definitely be back again next year."
