"I made reservations for this place a week before boys tournament and when I got there. They said my name wasn’t in the system and then said they tried calling me. I told them only
Calls that I received had been spam and never left message just only said help on voicemail and they said yes that was us if you have a iPhone that’s what it does. Then said they left me a voicemail. Well when I looked at my phone they did call at 7:45 that morning and left a voicemail saying they didn’t have availability and they were cancelling my room and I traveled 2hrs 1/2 with my children to not have a room then go around looking for a room because we were there for tournaments. My problem if you called me before hand why not leave a voicemail like you did the day you knew I was coming up. "
