The location was great, we had to travel to Kingseat daily and the proximity to the on ramp to the southern motor way. Saved us alot of travel time.

The property needs a lot of maintenance done and the units need a spruce up. Although close to the motorway it was very quiet.

We just couldnt stay in there. We paid a decent price, walked into room. Found stains on covers of beds, bathroom had mold in it, cabinets needed to be fixed. Also room smelt very damp & dirty. We put key on sidebar & went & found another place to stay.

It was tired but clean enough. It was fairly cheap so I didn't expect much more. Staff were friendly. I was only staying one night to go to a medical appointment so fitted my needs. All good

Did not stay as had conflicting stories about whether i had a room or not. 1 rude stafg member and 1 who apologized for him. Not worth staying there. Pay more amd stay elsewhere!

Appalling.

This motel is the worst motel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. It is half derelict, filthy, with poor house-keeping (no towels, food in fridge from previous guests, shower and toilet black with mould, air-con not working in first room, so had to change room. I suspect it is being used as a hostel for migrants or homeless.

Motel complex was very run down and was in need of serious repair. Room was clean but shower leaked and sink area was rotten etc. Also there was rubbish outside the room and the skip was full and the gardens were very overgrown. Would think twice before coming back here

I chose cheap and regret not paying $20 extra for a more pleasant experience. So run down and tho seemed clean the facilities are in such poor condition it felt unclean and unkempt.

Very rundown. Needing an uplift and property clean up. It appeared that the property had been seriously flooded. Management not available until 9 am. Asked for receipt and told that Expedia would supply that!!

The bed crippled my back the room was full of mold, no water pressure, no towels, service was non existent, the place had police and baliffs visiting. Worst stay I've ever had at a motel. Should nit be alliwed to swrve public.

Quite honestly the worst accommodation I've ever stayed at. The toilet didn't work. The door didnt lock and i had to pile up furniture against the door to sleep. TV ddint work. Dirty and smelled bad. Just Terrible

Really old pillows with no infills and no chair in room to enable to sit and do work. Too many cars parked in driveway which hindered access to check in area and property is overgrown with weeds.

Condition of the bathroom was substandard. Not enough lighting in main room. Not enough blankets. Stayed two nights. Room was not serviced after first night and was told they only service every two days! Had to go to the office to pick up fresh towels in the morning. Would definitely not recommend and would not stay here again even if it was half the price.

No room service, I had to ask for my towel to be changed, just didn't come up to the standard of a modern motel, and for a 5 night stay I would have expected the sheets to have been changed, no luck. The web site of this motel needs to be updated because it shows a nice comfortable motel with restaurant attached, not true, the web site also says that it is only a 10 minute walk to the Ellerslie events centre, that rubbish, it took me 30 minutes and I'm fit. I really wouldn't recommend this property to anyone unless they don't mind roughing it.
