I really enjoyed my 3 day stay here. The 1 bedroom suite was really spacious and really good value for money. The staff were amazing. The room I was initially given was a bit noisy so requested to change. The lady that checked me in, Narudi, went above and beyond to make sure I had a room that I was comfortable with and didn’t make me feel like it was any trouble. When I arrived back from work each afternoon she always gave me a warm welcome. She was fantastic! I’m looking forward to staying again.

We stayed here for 5 night, Monday to Saturday. The staff were exceptional, from the friendly and helpful receptionists to the amazing cleaners, both on our 1st floor and in the pool and sauna area. I think this is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at, and I have frequented several 5 star establishments in the last few years. The service minded attitude shone through by every single staff we met, even to the extent of the cleaners kindly making way for us to pass by their trolley with our luggage in the hallway. We visited at the end of winter, and the pool, spa and sauna area was great and inviting and not at all crowded. I also appreciated the exchange free library available and enjoyed reading several of the books. Our room 102 was spacious with strong water pressure.The location is very handy to public transport, park, small playground, sky city, queen street and the waterfront. We will definitely be back.
