"The rooms were dated but clean. Location was convenient but the halls and our room reeked of cigarette smoke and the walls were paper-thin so it was extremely noisy all night. In our room the TV didn't work, the hairdryer also didn't work, and the phone was broken (its LCD display was smashed out and line was dead) so we couldn't even call the front desk. I also noticed upon check-in that the window had been unlatched and slid open slightly, which was concerning as we were on the 1st floor and it faced the parking lot. I was able to force it closed and managed to latch it again, otherwise wouldn't have felt safe enough to stay there with my daughter. "
