"Host manager was very helpful and accommodating, and friendly. Met nice guests there. AC was great, Room was adequate, outside dining area was nice and good strong coffee. Area surrounding the hotel isn't the nicest neighborhood to walk around in, but close to airport and taxi service very quick and inexpensive."

"The hotel rooms have only 1 electrical outlet, A/C does not work, staff is zero helpful, I asked them if they could provide me a fan since A/C was not working and they said no, so I went to walmart and bought 2 fans. "It is a great economic option. The staff give tips and travel advice. I was able to see different parts of Nicaragua and then return to Managua. "Hotel Contempo is my "go to" hotel in Managua.
