"Love the place the little patio looking to the mountain was so relaxing. The room was so beautiful and the bathroom was nice too . Also had planty closet room. It is 15min walk to the ferry but it os a very beautiful walk. I love walking and i really enjoy it. Gaia was such so helpful to make my arriving just perfect she is the best. Everything was perfect "

"We stayed at this lovely hotel boutique, my daughter and I , we loved it!! We reserved a room with beautiful views of the lake, everyday we had breakfast on the balcony it was breathtaking... the bed is very confortable, the staff is incredibly nice and welcomming. We took 15 minute walks almost to everything, nightime walks are wonderful, so many stars so so beautiful!! I will be back ❤️"

"B&B Casa Nini was the best stay in our Italy trip this time. It was located in the a small, beautiful, peaceful little town and right next the train station, which was so convenient. Our room had a lake/mountain view. Love it! Most importantly, Mr. Daniel, the owner, was amazing person. He made us felt like home. Highly recommend this place to everyone! "

"Great hotel with fantastic balcony views of Lake Como. Very spacious and well kept grounds around the hotel with ample parking. "Unbeatable views but that's about it. No elevator. Had to lug all of our luggage upstairs ourselves. No help from the staff. Rooms are incredibly outdated and dilapidated. The TV is smaller than my laptop. The shower is the size of a shower on a cruise ship. The restaurant on property is just ok. They try too hard to serve fancy food instead of sticking to a traditional, simple Italian menu. If it wasn't for the incredible view it would have been a total bust."
