"Perfect location for the Colosseum and Forum. Easy access to the Metro to reach other areas like the Vatican. Excellent nearby restaurants, which are good value, even those adjacent to the sites, that was a surprise! The hotel is great, our executive room was marvellous, spacious, clean and importantly quiet. Effective blackout curtains and air con. In room safe was excellent and sturdy. "Ideal location, a short walk to the metro stop and tram. Out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre, felt like being a local. Check in was smooth with great instructions, apartment was pretty clean with lots of useful amenities between the room and the common area. We struggled with the hot water in the shower, it took about 20mins to warm up so ended up with a few cold showers. "Unfortunately my room was not locking the room’s door. It was a problem with the lock. They did not have another room so we have to sleep there without looking the door. Every morning we have to pack our luggage and leave in with the front desk guy to keep it safe. They could not solve the problem for two nights, the third night they gave us another room."

"This is perfect place to stay close to Coloseum - only 5 minut walk. The check in process is unconventional - the desk is not staffed most of the day and you have to communicate via WhatsApp. The AC worked fine but it started making some noise on our last night. The one thing that needs to be looked into is the shower - poor draining and water goes from super hot to cold on it own intermittently. If that is fixed, I would stay there again."

"It’s very clean, and neat. It’s just a hotel to stay & sleep they don’t have common areas or a gym and bar like other hotels. My stay was safe and comfortable. The staff were easy to contact. Its a great location, 20 mins from aroma Termini, 3 mins to Basilica Giovanni lateran and scala santa, 15-20 minutes to The Colosseum. 2 mins bus and taxi station. There’s a convenient store around the corner as well to buy food, water and toiletries. I would definitely recommend."
