"Pool slide was broken no one mentioned it until arrival, biggest reason for booking...
Had the verdant thermostat's which couldn't be changed front desk tried to call maintenance no response from them. Ended up getting the window to open for cool air. Too be fair the staff on duty did try to help but couldn't due to lack of knowledge"
