E' gestito da gente volenterosa e in gamba, che vive la struttura insieme a noi. E' spartano: lussi e comfort sono altrove, gli arredamenti sono vintage (che è un modo carino di dire che potrebbero essere rinnovati), basilari ma funzionali. Esci dalla porta e sei sulla pista!
