"A newly refurbished hotel in a great location. The check in and out were very impersonal but worked well so I have no idea how helpful the staff would have been since I didn't need help. The small double room is exactly what it says - small. It was OK for us since we only had 2 small suitcases and we were only staying one night. The lounge and kitchen were nice facilities."

"This hotel was in an excellent location for the airport & had a very nice communal area at the entrance. Check-in staff were really helpful! Rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds!"

"We have a wonderful time in Bergen and our stay in this hotel was excellent. I was thrilled with our room which was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was in a perfect location, it was near the shopping area, local transport and the waterfront. One of the highlights had to be the breakfasts. There was a vast choice of delicious hot foods, meats and cheeses, salmon and peppered fish, salads and a delicious array of fresh fruits, yogurts and cereals. There was a good choice of breads and I was able to get gluten free bread. If you had any room after all that there were also tasty pastries."
