I called the night prior to arrival to confirm the pool was in working order. It definitely was not which seems to be a common theme. I called Expedia directly and the hotel front desk and both confirmed it was fully functional. At check in when I asked where the pool was they advised it was not working and went out over the weekend (This was Monday) I explained the whole reason why I booked here was the pool and the manager said she was reaching out to Expedia for a full refund and we still could enjoy our stay. It wasn't enjoyable, the bathroom was dirty with hair, etc. The breakfast had almost 0 real protein. Had powdered eggs, fake sausage, and even the waffles somehow were wrong with no pre-cook spray so you could peel your waffle off. The orange juice was not juice it was tang. I mean overall the breakfast was additionally another huge disappointment. Ultimately in the end Expedia issued nothing for the issue with the pool as the Hotel had promised and I was fully charged.
