It wasn't spotless by any means, but not what I would consider dirty. We go in the lobby when we checked in at night or when we left at 7am. Room was clean. The bed was very comfortable especially for a budget hotel. The parking and area are safe. The only concern we had was relatively minor - the TV had very limited channels, and several of them were scratchy while we were trying to relax before bed. Otherwise everything else great
