Beautiful palace view from the room, lovely and clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Well located for exploring Madrid. Only complaint is that there didn’t appear to be an extractor fan in the bathroom so the mirror became very steamy and covered in condensation - a fan or heated mirror ...

The hotel was amazing, the staff was so helpful, breakfast was great and the spa was very relaxing. Close to everything- clean and quiet. Would stay here again while in Madrid a thousand times over.
