"I have stayed at this property several times and never had any issues or complaints until now. There were several issues with our room during our stay. Our bathroom shower leaked, could not get our tv to work and had to call the front desk on multiple occasions for assistance. The front desk attendant was incredibly helpful and actually cleaned up all excess water for me. He also assisted with replacing the remote so that my grandchildren could watch tv. Unfortunately, the WiFi would not work for me and the new front desk attendant the next morning was not helpful, so I was not able to work as planned. Breakfast was not up to their normal standards. I stay here a few times a year to visit family and hope that we simply caught this hotel on an off weekend."
"Once you see the town, you understand why the hotels are not very welcoming. Extremely old and run down. You can tell there has never been any love given to this place. Nothing works properly in the rooms, they are old and dirty. To have a university in the town you would think there would be better options or at the very least a clean room. So glad to never have to go back. "
