"Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo hotel. La struttura è accogliente, pulita e ben curata, con camere confortevoli e silenziose. Il personale è stato sempre disponibile e cordiale, pronto a fornire indicazioni e suggerimenti utili. "Hotellet var lite svårt att hitta, det ligger in igenom en port på tredje våningen och du kommer in via en porttelefon. Vi uppskattade läget direkt vid gågatan och nära allt egentligen åtminstone det som är av intresse i Neapel. De spanska kvarteren precis bakom hotellet, nära till strandpromenaden och nära till bl a det arkeologiska museet. 24 timmars portier var oxå trevligt. Rummet lite gammaldags touch men det funkade. Rent oc bra. Vi var mycket nöjda!"

"This is a tranquil location yet in the center of wonderful mid-level Pozzuoli. Parking is a very important plus to this part of Italy and our vehicle has always been secure. You can walk to restaurants, shops, a Roman colosseum, the port area, and public transportation. Staff are great, as well."

"Muy bien hotel. Al llegar es un poco confuso ya que es un edifico viejo y es como una vecindad al entrar. Hay que pagar 10 céntimos para usar el elevador. Uno tiene que subir sus maletas 1 piso al llegar. Ya en el hotel no hay queja. Un lugar muy bonito con staff muy amable y una sala de café espectacular. Camas muy muy cómodas . Un poco retirado del centro. Esperen caminar. "

"Ci siamo fermati per caso presso la Pampa, per spezzare il ns. viaggio in auto. E' stata una piacevolissima sorpresa, l'hotel ha dettagli molto curati ed è immerso in un bellissimo parco, Abbiamo cenato presso il ristorante, i piatti proposti sono stati davvero ottimi come la colazione del mattino dopo che è stata assolutamente fantastica. Bravi e simpatici i giovani dello Staff."

"Very helpfull and utterly kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. There is a huge swimming pool and a warm one. Nature does the rest: the lake and surroundings are spectacular with many possible activities. Perhaps some options are a bit overpriced."
