Great experience and super-friendly staff!

Everyone at this hotel was so friendly and truly went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had never been to Italy, but they made us feel right at home and even helped us find the better restaurants in the area. The breakfast every morning was amazing, and the other amenities were so helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Highly recommend! Staff is wonderful. So friendly and helpful. Room was very nice. Breakfast is one of the best free breakfasts I have had at a hotel. A/C worked great! Very glad I chose here to stay.

The hotel was amazing. There was snacks, coffee, beer, water available 24 hours a day. The staff as so friendly and accomodating to all our needs. The facility was always very clean. It was just ‘okay’

The room was clean and comfortable, although the bed was a little hard. We needed a taxi to the train station for our departure. I was disappointed that the hotel staff did not inform us that there was no local taxi service. We ended up paying 40€ to be transported about 10 blocks.
