"Once again very poor air con in the middle of summer. Very well located and good signage to get to and from the airport easily walkable. Stay was disturbed by a fire alarm. No coordination from the staff. No apologies or instructions that it was safe to re-enter the building."

"Service is fantastic. We had the family suite for 4 The layout is odd. Our children had to walk through our bedroom to go to the bathroom. The air conditioning was minimal which was difficult in 90 degree temps. They brought several fans but it was uncomfortable. I was really looking forward to this location along our journey but it was good but not exceptional."

"We would have liked to have been informed at check-in that breakfast was included. We just happened to see something on the inside of an elevator. The stafff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was tasty but the eggs were too soft and the bacon not thoroughly cooked for our taste. Perhaps a variety of food to include native breakfast of your guests. Our room was clean and tidy however we only had bath towels. No wash cloths or sponges to wash with. We had to go buy them along with paper...

"Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich, französisch und lecker. Ich fahre jedesmal in dieses Hotel, wenn ich in Paris bin."
