"We arrived late around 9pm from driving all day, the check in is through a machine you have to type in your reservation in a computer and it was fine just a lot extra to do, the rooms smelled like cigarettes, toilet very loud and we could hear everyone around us! The breakfast was okay, food options were good. It was super empty but good parking (free) and I would stay again if it was only for an overnight stay "

She even offered to help us to carry our luggage upstairs as the lift was out of service , she was fantastic and fabulous , we need more people like her , so kind and helpful, always smiling. "Great stopover on route back to the uk. We had a great meal at the hotel. Reception staff couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating, he even made us coffee & croissants at 6.30 am as we had to leave early. Highly recommend this hotel, we always stay here on our way to and from the Dordogne. "
