"I would not recommend this hotel. The pictures do not accurately reflect reality. There is neither air conditioning nor a fan in the rooms, which makes them uncomfortable, especially since opening the windows is often not an option due to the noise, dust and smell either from the kitchen or residential area. I initially booked a suite but had to downgrade because it faced a busy road and was extremely noisy, even with the windows closed. The standard room was not much better, as it overlooked a...

"It is very nice to spend days."

"Overall, it’s a great place to stay. I personally prefer a mattress that is more spongy and has cushioning effect. The mattress was a bit solid and was uncomfortable, but next day they put additional comfort layer and it was okay. The spa service is good but some staff at its reception need more training on good customer service."
