"Very clean. Good beds and bathroom. Good size room with AC, TV and mini fridge. Super clean pool with plenty of sunbeds and chairs in the garden. Excellent location for town, bars and shops. Full choice at breakfast with buffet. Very friendly welcome by staff."

"I had great time at Charisma. Location was ideal for me as I preferred to stay away from the noisy crowd of Kusadasi centre but still easily access to it when I want. (10 min. walk) I stayed in superior room with sea view and the room was spacious with a large balcony to enjoy the view and fresh air. Beach, pools and dining places offer more than satisfactory experience. The only negative comment I could make is that the dining area in the beach is small for the scale of the hotel. I had breakfast included booking and the breakfast was quite good with more than sufficient offerings. Staff deserves a special appreciation for their hard work with kind and attentive attitude. Looking forward to stay at Charisma in my next trip to Kusadasi "

"Great central location. Modern, comfortable and immaculate hotel. Roof top pool and terrace offers some great views of the city. The sunset from the roof top is not to be missed. Staff are amazing. We would highly recommend. "
