Staff was really nice and friendly, room was clean as standard bed was comfortable. Great location as it close to most of tourist attraction eg. Bogyoke Aung San Market, Shwedagon pagoda, Botahtaung pagoda.

Everything was great, the cooperation of reception and staff. The food was very good and the value for food was good. The accommodation was only comfortable. The place lacked a gym and more attention to the pool.

Enjoyed staying there with my mum. The staff are very friendly and helpful. No elevator, but it's not that bad. I will stay there again if I visit Pathein.

This charming hotel is set in extensive private grounds in a quiet district of Yangon. It provided us with just the calm retreat from the busy city. Lovely pool, comfortable room, excellent food and helpful staff. I cannot find any fault.

Staff, Ambiance, Cleanness

Really nice place tucked away off of Than Lwin Road – so nice and quiet, surrounded with trees. Easy to get anywhere in Yangon quickly and cheaply (Grab ...) Everything was super-clean, the owner very nice, the staff great, the room comfortable and delicious breakfast served in a lovley patio area. Highly recommended.

The room and hotel can not be faulted. My only complaint was that I asked specificly for a quiet room and I had a room overlooking a busy road. The staff were polite and helpful and the room was great, clean and comfortable.

The hotel is clean and the staff extremely helpful and speak well in English. The swimming pool is not available due to renovation work and this did not matter to us as we were there only for 4 days and wanted to go out and explore. The Shwedagon pagoda is only a walking distance and the other attractions can be reached by taxis which are relatively cheap and you can nogotiate the price first. The breakfast is good with plenty of choice.
