"This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking. This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn. Having paid in full through Expedia, was told at reception on booking in that we haven't paid so a credit card was presented and payment taken (again) from that. "Had a brilliant stay at craig tara in a very well presented caravan.we were greeted by isobel who was a friendly person who promptly arrived after a phone call to give us the key. The caravan was cleaner and more homely than any of the official haven ones and we will be booking here again. Highly recommended a lot cheaper and cleaner way more comfortable "
