Odalar temiz, konum merkezi, kahvaltısı güzeldi ,sıkıntısız bir tatil oldu. Araba ile gelecekseniz otelin yanında günlüğü 40 tl olan otopark mevcut.

Ayvalik merkezinde araç kullanımına gerek bırakmayan bir lokasyonda küçük eski bir konak , yatak konforunun daha iyi olması gerektiği dışında genel olarak fiyat performans olarak iyi bir oteldi.

Odada fare olmasi disinda hicbir problemle karsilasmadik. Kucuk samimi ve ilgili bir yerdi. Yalniz gece saat 3te duydugumuz bir tikirti uzerine uyandik ve tatsiz bir surprizle karsilastik. Odada faresavar sensorler vardi fakat buna ragmen engel olmadi. Odalar kucuk.

Eolya Konuk Evi, eşim ile birlikte planladığımız 3 gecelik Ayvalık keşif gezimiz için beklentilerimizi karşılama açısından gayet yeterliydi. Merkezi lokasyonu, arabaya ihtiyaç duymadan dilediğimiz zaman şehir merkezinde dolaşma, etkinlikleri görme, zengin cafe ve restaurant seçeneklerine ulaşma şansı verdi. Otelin kendine ait otoparkı yok ama hemen yanında ve biraz ilerisinde iki ayrı otopark var. Biz biraz ileride olan otoparkta 24 saat için 10₺ ödeyerek arabamızı güvenle park edebildik. Otelin kendisi hem eski bir konak olmasından dolayı hem de işletmecilerinin sıcak ve samimi yaklaşımlarından dolayı bize sanki bir arkadaşımızın evine yatıya misafirliğe gitmişiz hissini yaşattı. Otel işletmecisi Senihi beyin bilge, yardımsever, hoş sohbet, paylaşımcı, ölçülü yaklaşımı ve vermiş olduğu yönlendirici fikirler bizim bu gezimizi anlamlı ve verimli kıldı. Kahvaltı ve odaların düzeninden sorumlu güler yüzlü Vildan hanım da dünya tatlısıydı. Biz Eolya Konuk Evi’inde çok keyifli 3 gece geçirdik, gönül rahatlığı ile tavsiye ederiz.

Thecowners are so helpful, they had great suggestions for meals around at reasonable price. Always smiling. The room had a small night table lamp so handy when you are two in the room , lost of hooks andI really liked the set up for sink toilet & shower, all very functional.

Herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz, hizmet-temizlik-kahvaltı çok başarılıydı, konumu iyiydi, çalışanlar çok iyi insanlardı, çok memnun kaldık. Ama şunları da söylemek gerekir ki; yatak çok rahat değildi ve gece otelin önünde muhabbet edenlerden dolayı gürültülü oldu. Ama yine gelsek yine burada kalırız.

Çok iyi.

Tarihi bir konak olduğu için ses izolasyonunun olmadığını bilmeniz gerekiyor. Yöneticileri çok ilgili, gayet keyifli ve sıcak bir otel. Temizlik konusunda da sorun oluşturacak hiçbir durum görmedik. Bekleme salonundaki şömine keyfi harikaydı. Konum olarak da çok iyi.

quaint and unusual, not your run of the mill hotel,the building was beautiful but the room and bathroom were a little cramped.The terrace was brilliant,very comfortable and well worth the little extra payment. The breakfast was incredible and the kitchen and dining area simply lovely. Staff were friendly and efficient ,we felt as if we visiting relatives. Would certainly stay there again.

Eski Ayvalık'ın merkezinde, çok güzel bir evde aile otelciliği yapılıyor. Evsahipleri güleryüzlü ve misafirperver, Odalar güzel (büyük olanlar mükemmel), kahvaltı süper.

Temiz, kahvaltısı hizmet kalitesi harika.

Otel Ayvalik merkezde navigasyonla gitmek istedik ve yanlış yollara yönlendirdi bizi telefonla tarif isteyin. Büyük bir otoparkın tam yanında 25 TL gecelik otopark ücretini de dikkate alın rezervasyon yaptırırken. Odaların temizliği ilgi alaka kahvaltı harikaydı. Otel tarafından yonlendirildigimiz deniz yıldızı restaurant da çok güzel ve otele çok yakın. Eski bir ev oluşundan dolayı ses yalıtımı çok kötü biz white room da kaldık tam girişte otoparka bakıyor bu biraz rahatsız edici. Genel olarak iyi bir hizmet aldık.
