"It was close to a squat. Broken glass n furniture in common areas. There were 5 hammer marks on the door where someone tried to break in to the apartment. There was a homeless guy living in the stairwell ffs. I had to leave n find somewhere else. Despite telling Expedia all the they have failed to get back to me…."

"This was a bit of a scam. I noticed a comment before about a client being asked to change hotels because of roadworks at the location but assumed that was a special circumstance. The day before we got a phone call from the landlord telling us the same story - that we would not be able to sleep because of the construction noise (we reserved the room for a Saturday night). Please be aware that they can change your research city without informing you. On top of that additional charges will be done to the credit cards without consent. "The property was not clean. In particular the shower had black mould. There were stains on the window cills. There was a loose socket in the bedroom, But most of all the cleaning staff turned up 15 mins before we were due to check out and were rude and unpleasant. We left punctually at 11am as agreed and the cleaning staff promptly sat down and had their lunch in the apartment living room"

"We stayed in the studio flat, the location is very good with many restaurants and bars nearby as well as key sightseeings of Liège. The property would need to be refurbished, there is a very strong and awful smell in the staircase up to the flats and the our shower did not have a curtain so the bathroom was quite mouldy. The kettle was broken, we informed the management upon arrival but never heard back from them. Their check in time is very late (after 4pm). "

"I usually do not right bad reviews, but throughout my travels I stayed in many places, this was probably the worse. Cheap and dirty. Maybe if you’re young hipster on a very tight budget, not for families. I booked 2 nights, left after 1 night early morning without looking back. Very depressing. Bring your own pillows and blankets."

"The resort is well situated and beautiful in the countryside. The hotel is separate from the chalets or houses. They do not provide you with towels, bath mats and toiletries.
