Lovely hotel, very boutique and beautiful, walking distance from the town centre (5 minutes) and easily accessible - no lift for access to the first floor but plenty of ground floor rooms if necessary for any disability requirements. Restaurant is on the ground floor

Ideally located for the centre of Cuenca, good breakfast, comfy bed and a good shower en suite.

Very friendly and helpful staff! I liked the option of being picked up at the airport and the driver was helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel and will use again when going back to Cuenca

We enjoyed our stay in Los Balcones very much. The hotel has enormous atmosphere - it's built round a central courtyard, with lovely wooden floors, antique furniture and a splendid chandelier in the centre. The lobby is very comfortable, and there's a nice terrace where you have breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful: they spoke good English and were full of good advice about excursions and travel, helping us to get a long-distance taxi.
