"1p plus kamer had een ruim bed en nette badkamer. Is wel in een bijgebouw. Koffie, thee en water was gratis op te halen in het hoofdgebouw. Prima ontbijt. De kamer was wel warm. Het zou fijn zijn om een ventilator te hebben op warme dagen."

"carpet had several stains. elevator was iffy. food is typical bar food, lack some taste. air conditioner not great -very warm weather when there. bus was convenient but extremely crowded. male at desk was not very helpful at times. Shower floor was very slippery. Our stay was only 1 night so didn't say much."

"Not only was the room wonderful & the staff friendly & helpful, but the pool, steam room, sauna, breakfast room & coffee/fruit available all day was such a plus! We were already doing too much to try the bowling alley… but we will in the future! We also liked how eco friendly the entire hotel was! We highly recommend staying here! It was a short walk to the bus & a very short Uber ride if you need it!"

"Veel gedoe met inchecken, 4 verschillende kamers gezien. Suite geboekt en gekregen, maar plotseling omgeboekt naar standaard kamer. Tot 2x toe, heel irritant. Ontbijtzaal was te warm en bedompt, geen prettige ruimte. De bar hebben we maar heel even gebruik van gemaakt, alles was vies en plakkerig, terwijl er niemand was. De kamer zelf (de vierde) was netjes en schoon. Prima geslapen."

"The stay was relatively nice but for my two night stay, my bathtub was not cleaned after our first night. I let the front desk staff know at checkout and their response was just "Okay." no apology or request for how they could compensate me for the inconvenience. The pictures for the spa on the website showed people in robes, but no robes are provided, neither were towels. I think the expectation was that we use the towels from our room. The staff were quite friendly at check-in."

"Nice hotel in a great location and very reasonably priced. We found the staff very helpful, and we would definitely return. Two points lead to a slightly lower rating - firstly, the only sideboard surface space in our room was slatted so anything small fell through it. You get used to it after a while but to us this was a silly and frustrating room interior design fault. Secondly, you have to rent bikes from the hotel per calendar day - if you want to hire bikes from 5pm one day until 5pm...

"Nice hotel in a suburbian street with limited parking. On street parking is horrendosly expenive at£180 for 3 days on the app costs about 25 to get to the centreand back by uber"

"PARKRUN TOURIST as a solo traveller, who was pushed for time getting to and from the event at Zonnestraal, I took advantage of the cycle for hire. This was the quickest way to get to and from the event without a car. €18. Breakfast was sufficient. I don't eat much in the evening, so had soup and dessert on Friday. Soup was lovely, but the Panacotta was frozen and has split. Was pretty awful and the texture was all wrong."

"The facility was very clean all round. Staff were very helpful. However, the air conditioning was not cooling enough. I reported this, and a maintenance person came, fiddled with it and said it would work in 20 minutes. It never cooled until I left. This was very disappointing."

"Smooth easy check in. Room was large and beautifully clean. However the air conditioning doesn’t work in the rooms and it was very warm when we were there. We were given a fan for the room but it didn’t help much Great quiet location with easy walk to Metro and a few stops from Central Breakfast was good and always plenty of choice"

"Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit einer Sauna und einem Whirlpool. Das war klasse. Frühstück war ok, Spiegeleier waren zu durch und zu kalt. Aber ich war eher spät beim Frühstück."

"Have been coming to Amsterdam and one of the better Hotels that Ive stayed at. Staff were excellent. Hotel was a 20 minute walk to great restaurants and center of attraction."
