Everyone went above and beyond, they surprised us with an upgrade to the Royal Suite, which was absolutely gorgeous: spacious, beautifully decorated, bathtub and so comfortable. The entire riad feels luxurious yet warm, and the staff were attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, the location is great, and the whole experience felt special. Would happily revisit Fes for a special occassion in future,...

"Right in the heart of the medina by the blue gate, the room was a good size wirh a great bathroom and the staff made it such a lovely time, really eager to share knowledge about the area and help you find a good guide.
