"This was the second time I stayed here. The room was very clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. From the front desk, cleaning staff, to the breakfast room, the staff was polite and provided exceptional service. The bed was clean and comfy. The hot breakfast buffet was also tasty. I want to give a shout out to the breakfast staff, Soheir who kept the breakfast items hot and quickly restocked and the breakfast area immaculate. "We got locked out of our room because there locks weren’t working and they weren’t sure if the master key would work on not because they were off line. When we returned the morning staff never informed the evening staff and the issue was never fixed, however we were able to get into the room with a new key but they again weren’t sure if it was going to work.
