"We were traveling cross country. Booked a 2 Queen bed room. When we arrived, the first room they sent us to was a Kng room with one bed for theee adults. We told them we booked a double queen. She sent us to a double double. By that time we were so tired we just decided we would make do instead of going back to the desk. Then we find out the cold water in the sink didn’t even work 10 out of 10 would not recommend. Then when I told the staff the next morning all he said was “So sorry, I’ll try to fix it”"
