"We had a very very good stay here for 1 night following a busy few days seeing the sights of northern Vietnam.
The Moc dining dinner was one of the best meals we had in Hanoi area. Everthing made fresh for us, smoothies and coffees at breakfast were great too! Huge selection of healthy drinks.

"1.Not good for business travellers as there is no desk in the room;
2. Room temp is not changable (Central A/C). One will need to wear a jacket in thw room
3. Most staff don't speak English

"Staff are friendly, welcoming and super helpful going above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Breakfast buffet was tasty with good variety and a great view, and the hotel includes a gym (free weights and machines) and rooftop pool and bar.
