"Very satisfied from check-in to check-out, from the front desk personnel to the chef. It was only a one night stay so our dinner and breakfast was preordered upon check-in. My family enjoyed the food so thank you, Chef Daryl! I have to mention an employee by the name of Karen. Karen was not only courteous and helpful at the Front Desk but we watched her work in the heat to maintain a clean and presentable resort. We can't say enough on how good of a person Karen is. With an employee like Karen, staff in the kitchen and front desk, there is no question I will go back again because to me it's not just about the place and its location, it's about the people who work there. They made our stay a memorable one. Thank you, Karen! Thank you, Kasa Cailloux!"

"This place was absolutely amazing me and my wife have travel all over the world to multiple countries and they went above and beyond to make my family feel welcome. One staff in particular named Patrick night shift would check in with my family every night to make sure we had the experience of a lifetime and give great info on sightseeing"

"Bellagio Hotel is a hidden gem in the country with the most beautiful scenery and landscape, there is a restaurant inside the premise without any elevator to catch or drive to similar to how Hawaii once was. A wonderful lady manager name Mira made our stay comfortable and welcome along with her staff. Mahalo & Aloha, Will Yun"

"The property is great if you’re looking for a relaxing experience. It’s a small property but really nicely updated with modern amenities but still keeps the local charm. On-site guard is really courteous and helpful. It is a property overseen by the bigger Urban Wave Resort. You’d need to pick up the key from there and a helpful staff will guide/accompany you to the location of Balai Balatong. Had a pleasant stay even though only for a night to catch an early flight at the airport."
