"One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful. By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. "Personne a l’accueil, une chambre certes économique mais avec une chaise faisant office de table de nuit (106€) pas de cabinet de douche, sauf un lavabo. Après réclamation une nouvelle chambre nous a été donnée. Cela ne change rien au fait, que nous avons réservé une chambre dans hôtel ayant toutes les caractéristiques d’un établissement fermé, pas averti que le restaurant était fermé et qu’il fallait se rendre dans un autre établissement pour le petit déjeuner .
