"Amazing hotel...one of the best that I've stayed at. Rooms were very spacious and had all the amenities I needed during my stay. My only disappointment was that the spa was under maintenance and therefore was closed, however I managed to find another spa close by which was amazing. The complimentary breakfast was great with many options to choose from and room service was quick for those late night cravings. As with many parts of Hyderabad, there is a lot of construction going on so take caution if you plan on going for walks around the hotel. Overall I would recommend The Leela Hyderabad to friends and family."

"Overall Stay was good but while checking in, Lady at Reception who was helping me check in was trying her best to upgrade and charge additional charges. Though I was at hotel post 2.00 pm, she said room wasn’t ready. Hence, take higher grade room and pay. When I insisted that I wouldn’t pay, then she gave Club Room without charge. I can big departure from earlier to now customer service."
