"The elevator was out of service for our entire stay. We also heard from previous guests comments that the elevator was out of service 2 weeks ago. If mgmt of this hotel doesn’t have the time to fix it during the high season and sure if they ever wanted to."

"We stayed 4 days Tuesday to Saturday Lena was very nice front desk! However my room for 4 adults had one wash rag next day I ask a random housekeeper for more things I guess they don't clean your room or trash until you leave never did we get serviced most of all ONE ELEVATOR is an issue for I think it was 6 to 8 floors used stairs most of vacation by the time Elevator arrived it was full and still have to wait housekeeping holding up with 2carts however it was pretty close to beach !! "I wouldn’t stay here again. I booked a balcony.. didn’t get one. There was zero water pressure. My room had a leak. The floors were dirty, and there was a part of the floor in the bathroom that little bugs came out of. The parking was terrible. There was a bucket of cigarette butts just sitting in water right by my room and then someone dumped it out, which was gross. There was something splattered on the wall and on the tv that wasn’t clean before I got there. I had to squeeze into a parking...

"The location is awesome. Hotel needs updated. Website said breakfast was available. After I paid, got an email saying they no longer have breakfast. Parking is horrible. Even if you park perfect, you can’t open your doors. Had to pull out of space to unload luggage. Water in shower only got to room temperature. Overall was ok. With some improvements this could be an awesome location."

"We tried to check in early, rooms weren’t ready yet. No big deal. Until we came back at 6pm (check in is at 4) and had to WAIT for our room because it STILL was not cleaned and ready. We were not alone, nearly 15 people crowded the lobby in the same situation. The next day, the same thing happened to the new check ins. Also, the second day we were there I asked for clean towels. No housekeeper ever came to our room. I asked at 5:30pm, checked in at 6:30pm, and FINALLY we just left and came back...
