"The suite was really big perfect for my family. Beds was soft and room clean. Only reason i gave 4 stars is because i had issues at check in the lady told me one of my rooms was gone and i only had 2 instead of 3. I kept tell her one of my rooms was in another name. We paid for all three rooms but she was still tell me that the 3 i book was only 2. Yes very confusing and frustrating when we just drove 10 hrs. When we checked out the new lady at the desk said she didn’t know what the issue was but my card i placed on file was on all 3 rooms so they were all mine. Other then that hotel was clean, they only had 1 elevators working but rooms was really nice."

"Clean room -- I wanted to ck in early (was willing to pay) and I was willing to wait in the lobby ... the girl pretty much forgot about me (I had reservations with a special note for early ck in) finally a young man got me in my room quickly. "

"Fantastic stay. Clean and comfortable. Gym could use some updating but did not book a room for that purpose. Staff was amazing and location very convenient."

"my tub wasn't the cleanest also my door was loud to close very different from my other room the kitchen staff was excellent food was great the lady at the front desk was short when i checked out cause i previously complained about the dog being in the breakfast room"

"Upon checking into our room it was evident that it was not properly cleaned, however the manager was extremely polite and provided another room. Breakfast was great and our server was exceptional."
