"I loved staying here. The rooms were so clean and nice, I loved the lobby decor and that clover four section hot tub was my favorite perk. Got in late so they put my keys in a lockbox for me, made it super easy. Very good communication and customer service. Highly recommend."

"First I took the high end 2 bedrooms suite. There was a weird smell like insecticides in the suite. The bedding and pillows were not clean with what appears to be a head hair and also pubic hair plus stains on the bedding. I called front desk and they sent house keeping to redo the room. I reexamined the room and there was still hairs in the beds and pillows. I had to checkout earlier and the manager did not come to talk to me in the morning before I left at 11 AM. Definitely huge decline from 2 years ago. The Resturant is OK but the team add gratitude to the bill which should be routine. I should decide the amount of tip not the server."

"When we had issues with canceling this booking the provided contact number was actually a fax number. After contacting Expedia they had the same issue. When we finally found the correct contact number the hotel wouldn’t cancel it so I ended up paying for a room I didn’t even use. Very disappointing. Would not stay here."

"I wasn’t instructed to not park in the lot next door and was towed. 360$ later and the manager said they couldn’t do anything. The parking garage has 1 way in which is also the way out but a dumpster sits right in front of it so makes it hard to get in and out. Come prepared with drinks and snacks because their lil store is way over priced and tgey have no restaurant on site. I also had AC issues but it was fixed quickly."
