"My partner and I had a pretty unpleasant experience with this accommodation. A solid handful of the amenities listed in the description were nowhere to be found. The cleanliness was not up to par. The pool was unswimmable with its murky green waters. Their wifi only works within a close range of the front desk and all the rooms are quite far from it. There is also no access to any transportation except at exuberant rates. Very minimal food options all around and no kitchen access. If certain...
"Very engaging owner’s and staff. Willing to provide whatever you need. Very Efficient and Effective service delivery. Family oriented atmosphere. I will stay here a long time. "

The hotel is small and, it contains 9 huts only and the pool is close to huts.
Cathy who works in the front desk was wonderful and knows her work well, but the others were weak a little bit.
What disturb us is a party was there from the time we walked in at 3 O'clock until 10pm while the hotel is small, we felt like we were inside a night club.

"Very easy to check in and check out, kind staff and air con. Everything was clean and easy to locate the property when I arrived. Only a 30 min walk to airport or 5 min on tricycle. Because it's so close, you can also hear the planes when they take off."

"Nothing this hotel states it offers on Expedia is true. Bar/restaurant, breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, free water, daily house keeping, and airport shuttle. The day I reserved the hotel I messaged the hotel a week in advance of my stay stating I would be requesting airport shuttle. "The room is clean. I was pleasantly surprised after a long trip from El Nido to be welcomed by a spacious clean white room. We had a big bed for my husband and I and, two single beds for my two daughters. For the price we paid, it was really good value.
