"Likes, the beds were very comfortable and the restaurant upstairs was amazing. Also enjoyed the piano bar. Dislikes were the air conditioning couldn’t cool the room, and disappointed that we couldn’t get complementary coffee in the morning. But overall was a good hotel"

"Nice hotel, clean and comfortable beds. However, at check-in and checkout times (peak times) there was always only one concierge. I always saw the same woman, day or night. One of the two elevators was out of order my whole stay, and at least two of us reported problems with the toilets."
